Ανακοίνωση σχετικά με καταβολή της οικονομικής συμμετοχής για επανεγγραφές του ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2011-2012

Αγαπητοί φοιτητές
Σας γνωρίζουμε ότι τα μέλη της Δ.Ε. του ΕΑΠ στη 212η/22-6-2011 συνεδρίασή τους αφού έλαβαν υπόψη:
1)      την πληθώρα των αιτημάτων των φοιτητών του Ιδρύματος, για τη μείωση ή τμηματική καταβολή της οικονομικής συμμετοχής στις δαπάνες σπουδών,
2)      το αρ. 5 παρ. 6 εδ. α του Ν. 2552/97 όπως τροποποιήθηκε από το αρ. 3 του Ν. 3027/02, σύμφωνα με το οποίο «Οι φοιτητές επιβαρύνονται για την απόκτηση του απαραίτητου εκπαιδευτικού, πληροφοριακού και υλικού αξιολόγησης και συμμετέχουν στις ιδιαίτερες δαπάνες επικοινωνίας, που συνδέονται με την εφαρμογή του συστήματος της εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης?»,
3)      την αριθμ. 110159/Β7 (ΦΕΚ 1567/Β-20/10/2004 και ΦΕΚ 1785/Β-2/12/2004) απόφαση του Υ.Π.Δ.Β.Μ.Θ. που καθόρισε το ύψος της οικονομικής συμμετοχής,
4)      τις ανελαστικές διαδικασίες που αφορούν στην υπογραφή δεσμευτικών συμβάσεων με το Συνεργαζόμενο Εκπαιδευτικό Προσωπικό (Σ.Ε.Π.) του Ιδρύματος,
5)      την εν γένει οικονομική και δημοσιονομική συγκυρία,
6)      την ευαισθησία προς τους φοιτητές για τη δυνατότητα παροχής κινήτρων συνέχισης των σπουδών τους,
αποφάσισαν:
α) την καταβολή της οικονομικής συμμετοχής για τη δήλωση Θ.Ε. ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2011-2012 σε δύο δόσεις ως εξής:
i) το ήμισυ της οικονομικής συμμετοχής με τη δήλωση της/των Θ.Ε. του επόμενου ακαδημαϊκού έτους σύμφωνα με τις ημερομηνίες που έχουν αναρτηθεί στην ιστοσελίδα του ΕΑΠ
ii) το υπόλοιπο μέχρι και την 2η Σεπτεμβρίου 2011
β) η δήλωση της/των Θ.Ε. θα θεωρείται, μέχρι και την εξόφληση της οικονομικής συμμετοχής, ως εκδήλωση ενδιαφέροντος,
γ) η εγγραφή θα πραγματοποιηθεί μετά την οριστικοποίηση της εξόφλησης της οικονομικής συμμετοχής,
δ) η συγκρότηση των τμημάτων θα γίνει από το αρμόδιο Τμήμα του Ιδρύματος, το αργότερο μέχρι 20/9/2011,
ε) σε περίπτωση μη καταβολής της 2ης δόσης, δεν θα πραγματοποιείται εγγραφή και θα επιστρέφεται το ποσό της 1ης δόσης, αφαιρούμενου του ποσού του διδακτικού υλικού που θα έχει αποσταλεί και
στ) η παραπάνω ρύθμιση θα αφορά μόνο στις επανεγγραφές του ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2011-2012.  
Διευκρινίζεται ότι, όσοι φοιτητές έχουν ήδη καταβάλει εξ ολοκλήρου την οικονομική τους συμμετοχή,  για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2011-2012, δεν εμπίπτουν στην παραπάνω ρύθμιση.

The European Competition Commission investigates whether the pharmaceutical industry practices international price discrimination. For this purpose the Commission formulates a model of the prices of pharmaceuticals using cross section data of 32 European countries. The variables used are the following:
